Security Guards

Our security guards are SIA licenced that means they undertake a six-day security training course and one day first aid course with Noble Guards Ltd. to prepare them for the roles of their job specification from conducting patrols, searching, guarding and report writing incorporating Health & Safety.

Your business is crucial to us. Before we start to work with you, a member of our management team will meet and discuss your requirements, conduct a site survey and note any special requirements. This will be documented in our Assignment Instructions document listing all the site instructions, contact details, H & S, emergency protocol and etc. and it will be put on site for our security guard to refer to. As Noble Guards Ltd is also a SIA training company, it is worth pointing out that we train our officers in safeguarding, first aid, conflict management, and physical intervention in line with industry standards. We choose our best learners to work as security guards for our clients ensuring they are effective communicators, problem solvers, smart, alert and observant, and possess the skills required of a security operative. All manned guarding teams we deploy undertake continuous professional development, and we also undertake site-specific training as part of our contract mobilisation processes.

Officers are fully trained to your specific business needs – vehicle logging, accident reporting, visitor greeting, searching, patrolling etc. are a small fraction of the duties we can perform for you.

As all lone workers are vulnerable. Our security guards are required to make check calls to the control room. If they fail to make a call, our 24-hour control room officer will call the individual guard within 10 minutes of the failed check call to ensure their welfare. However, if there is no response a member of our team will visit the site.
